Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and the last 4 years of experience in the IT manpower outsourcing industry.
- UAE market experience for more than 4 years.
- Proven successful sales track record.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Generating inquiries and new business for our manpower outsourcing services.
- Prepare technical or commercial proposals based on the client's requirements.
- Follow up on submitted quotations to obtain contracts and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain all records on CRM as per company policy.
- Meet clients regularly to understand the level of customer satisfaction with the service delivered.
- Client relationship management includes contract renewals and organic account growth.
