Key Responsibilities:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and the last 4 years of experience in the IT manpower outsourcing industry.
2. UAE market experience for more than 4 years.
3. Proven successful sales track record.
4. Strong business and commercial acumen.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Generating inquiries and new business for our manpower outsourcing services.
2. Prepare technical or commercial proposals based on the client's requirements.
3. Follow up on submitted quotations to obtain contracts and achieve sales targets.
4. Maintain all records on CRM as per company policy.
5. Meet clients regularly to understand the level of customer satisfaction with the service delivered.
6. Client relationship management includes contract renewals and organic account growth.
