Job Description
SPAR is looking to recruit a French and Arabic Speaking BDM for our offices in UAE. Reporting to the Group COO, you will develop sales, implement the annual sales budget, promote new products, analyze the positioning of products versus the market and competition, and conduct regular follow-ups and customer visits.
The successful candidate must hold a Master's in Business Management or a degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering and have 5 years of professional experience in the Gulf/ME region. You must also have experience in sales within the Oil & Gas industry, as well as with EPC Contractors, preferably in MENA. Ideally, you should have a technical background with good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Fluency in Arabic and English is a must; French is an added advantage.
You must be willing to travel extensively (50% of the time). Travel destinations mainly include Gulf territories (with extensive travel to KSA), M.E., Iran, Egypt, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Australia, Belgium, and France, and may also include other European countries for sales meetings and/or exhibitions, as well as African countries.
