Collaborate closely with our design team to develop compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our capabilities and value proposition.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and our company.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, consistently demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, providing valuable insights and recommendations to inform our sales and marketing strategies.
Salary: AED 15,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Proven track record of success in a sales role within the interior design or related industry, with a strong portfolio of achievements and client testimonials.
In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, products, and trends, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a relentless focus on achieving results.
British citizenship or residency preferred, with a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and cultural nuances.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with the ability to generate accurate sales reports and forecasts.
