The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales of Skiply products and banking solutions, maximizing profitability. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in POS and eCommerce, providing end-to-end payment solutions to merchants—from sales to implementation.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify new business opportunities in the education sector and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Strengthen client retention by nurturing relationships and expanding portfolios.
  • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, including PCI DSS, card schemes, and other industry standards.
  • Offer ERP integration solutions to schools and manage expectations effectively.
  • Monitor merchant transactions, devise retention strategies, and minimize attrition.
  • Work closely with the SME business team to generate and close leads.
  • Independently source leads and proactively convert them into successful sales.
  • Verify merchant documentation, ensuring compliance with bank requirements.
  • Provide excellent service and support for merchants regarding payment gateway services.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and digital payment platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of card acquiring business and modern POS solutions.
  • Self-motivated and result-driven individual.
