Business Development Manager (Recruitment & Staffing)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the recruitment and contract staffing industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment and contract staffing sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing services.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and business presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure profitable contracts.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the recruitment and contract staffing industry.
Strong understanding of the recruitment process and staffing solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
