Our client, an independent property inspection services provider, is looking to hire a Business Development professional. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. The scope of work includes direct business generation in the form of large-scale projects/works (entire building inspections) and indirect business generation.
Responsibilities
Identify partnership opportunities from a database of stakeholders in the real estate industry, across the UAE, based on the size of business, the ease of conversion, and other criteria.
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand.
Engage in negotiations and discussions to secure successful project bids.
Maintain a lead tracking database and follow up on business generation from existing and new partnerships.
Gather large-scale project requests for proposals (RFPs) or direct bidding opportunities.
Maintain relations with clients by collecting feedback on project delivery quality for future project opportunities.
Lead and facilitate signing of project contracts.
Assist in generating proposals through advising on pricing strategies, associated project risks, and other key areas that would increase proposal conversion chances.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5 to 7 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
Expertise in pitching and tendering and the ability to advise on the process and project management opportunities.
Proficient in presenting ideas and views clearly and with confidence to people at all levels, including partners and clients.
