Business Development Manager in Project Logistics

Location: FULL TIME Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Active work looking for new Customers in the UAE market, majoring in selling Project Logistics services.
  2. Establishment and maintenance of a plan of meetings with the Customers.
  3. Attraction of new Customers, retention, and development of Customers.
  4. Work with Sales Lists; on-time closing of the set objectives.
  5. Conclusion and maintenance of contracts, negotiating payment terms; monitoring and updating of contracts and related agreements; registering all the necessary requirements and agreements in the electronic document management system.
  6. Identification of regularity of Customers' needs (regular, sporadic, seasonal, projective) and registering the information in the Customers' portfolio.
  7. Evaluation of Customer satisfaction and addressing nonconformities.
  8. Usage of the CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales.

Our Expectations:

  1. 5 years of experience in Project Logistics Sales;
  2. Proven knowledge of the freight forwarding industry;
  3. Deep knowledge of Project Cargo transportation;
  4. Experience with projects in the Middle East;
  5. Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills;
  6. Proactive approach;
  7. Ability to work both individually and in a team;
  8. Preference given to candidates with their own portfolio of contacts/Customers.
