We are offering you to join our team as a Business Development Manager in Project Logistics in our branch in Abu Dhabi!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Active work looking for new customers in the UAE market majoring in selling Project Logistics services.
  • Establishment and maintenance of a plan of meetings with customers.
  • Attraction of new customers and retention and development of existing customers.
  • Work with sales lists; on-time closing of set objectives.
  • Conclusion and maintenance of contracts, negotiating payment terms; monitoring and updating of contracts and related agreements; registering all necessary requirements and agreements in the electronic document management system.
  • Identification of customer needs (regular, sporadic, seasonal, projective) and registering the information in the customer portfolio.
  • Evaluation of customer satisfaction and addressing nonconformities.
  • Usage of the CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales.

Our Expectations:

  • 5 years of experience in Project Logistics Sales;
  • Proven knowledge of the freight forwarding industry;
  • Deep knowledge of Project Cargo transportation;
  • Experience with projects in the Middle East.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills;
  • Proactive approach;
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team.
  • Preference for candidates with their own portfolio of contacts/customers.
