We are an MEP Construction Company, seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives.

Job Description:

• Identify new business opportunities and develop market entry strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Lead sales efforts, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts
• Coordinate with internal teams for bid preparation and tender submissions
• Represent the company at industry events and support brand development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering
• 10+ years of experience in the MEP industry (UAE)
• Proven track record in securing large-scale projects
