As a Business Development Manager, MEA here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving qualified leads and pipeline growth for Honeywell Building Automation (BA) in Dubai.

Your responsibilities will include developing and executing demand generation strategies, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, and analyzing lead data to optimize conversion rates. In this role, you will impact the company's revenue generation and business growth by driving qualified leads and pipeline growth. Your ability to optimize lead generation campaigns and programs will help expand the customer base and increase market share, positioning Honeywell BA as a guide in the industry.

The role will be responsible for managing the Sub Saharan Africa market and achieving the sales target and growth of business in the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to create and optimize lead generation campaigns and programs.
  • Manage and analyze lead data to identify trends, optimize conversion rates, and improve overall lead quality.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to track and report on lead generation performance and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation to drive continuous improvement.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Proven track record of driving lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Strong insight into marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Excellent thoughtful and data-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
