Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand partnerships for a leading luxury concierge company catering to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs). This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in business development, sales, and relationship management within the luxury services, hospitality, or travel sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building high-value partnerships, and enhancing the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand the company’s client base and service offerings.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with high-end service providers, including luxury hotels, private aviation, fine dining, and premium lifestyle brands.
  • Build and nurture relationships with HNWIs, corporate clients, and key stakeholders to generate new business.
  • Lead sales initiatives, pitch services to prospective clients, and negotiate contracts to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement through targeted campaigns and exclusive events.
  • Represent the company at networking events, luxury industry gatherings, and business forums.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report on key business development metrics.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients and partners, maintaining the highest standards of service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within the luxury concierge, hospitality, travel, or high-end services industry.
  • Strong network of industry contacts within the luxury sector.
  • Exceptional English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the needs and expectations of HNWIs and VIP clients.
  • Ability to develop and execute high-impact sales and growth strategies.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed.
