Business Development Manager(Interior fitout)

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth for our interior design fit-out company in Dubai. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and securing high-value projects in the commercial and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand market presence.
2. Identify, qualify, and secure fit-out projects through networking and lead generation.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
4. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and bids.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
6. Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
7. Achieve sales targets and provide regular updates on business development activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; experience in interior fit-out preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in the UAE fit-out or construction industry.
3. Strong network and understanding of the local market.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
