Business Development Manager - Holiday Homes

We - Thrive Homes are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Holiday & Short Term Rentals team. We are looking for someone who is driven, customer-focused, able to work well under pressure, and can use their own initiative.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting landlords from CRM system and database sheets
  • Onboarding a minimum of 7-10 properties per month
  • Dealing with referrals from internal agents
  • Meeting with landlords to get agreements signed
  • Preparing and sending financial projections to landlords
  • Building rapports with potential landlords on a daily basis
  • Conducting market reports frequently to create presentations

Role requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience
  • Experience and knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market is preferred
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with a high proficiency in English
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Confident working in a commission-based environment

Compensation:
