Responsibilities :

• Engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, providing assistance and product recommendations.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers in both English and Russian.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by demonstrating excellent sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales environment to enhance the shopping experience.

Requirements :

• Fluent in both English and Russian
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from 4,000 to 7,000 AED per month , along with additional commission based on performance.
