Business Development Manager - FourQuest Energy

Position Overview:

FourQuest Energy is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence in the UAE specifically within the oil and gas sector. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities developing strategic partnerships and supporting the pre-commissioning phase of large EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE oil and gas market focusing on enhancing FourQuest Energy's market share.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and industry organizations in the oil and gas sector.
• Lead market analysis and intelligence efforts to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements and drive project success.
• Prepare and present proposals presentations and bids to prospective clients.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
• Participate in industry events conferences and networking opportunities to enhance FourQuest's visibility and brand presence.
• Provide insights and recommendations for service/product development based on market feedback and client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry with a strong focus on pre-commissioning for large EPC projects.
• Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and developing new business in a competitive environment.
• Strong understanding of the oil and gas sector market dynamics and regulatory frameworks in the UAE.
• Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
