Job Profile: This role will be responsible for the development and expansion of both inbound and outbound medical tourism business. He/She should focus on building strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical tourism facilitators, as well as generating patient referrals from key sources. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in driving revenue growth, developing partnerships, and delivering results in the medical tourism sector. The target markets for this role include the GCC and Africa. The BDM should play a key role in positioning the company as a leading facilitator of medical tourism services, with a focus on bringing patients to the UAE and sending UAE patients to international treatment destinations.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a business development role, preferably within medical tourism, healthcare, or insurance industries. Proven track record in the GCC and African markets with experience in building and managing cross-cultural partnerships.
