We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in our sister company Gulf Mice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the events industry within the UAE and a proven track record of driving business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Growth Strategies: Formulate and implement strategies aimed at financial gain and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Identify new market opportunities and understand customer needs to drive business expansion.
- Client Engagement: Arrange and lead meetings with prospective clients to promote Gulf Mice's services.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Contract Negotiation: Draft and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
- Sales Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities, revenue, and client interactions; provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of local experience in business development within the events industry in the UAE.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
