Job Description

  • New Business Development: Identify, target, and acquire new clients in various sectors including corporate offices, educational institutions, and government. Drive business growth through a strategic approach to sales and client acquisition.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives, facilities managers, and decision-makers. Understand client needs and offer tailored smart workspace solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to meet sales targets. Establish clear goals, action steps, and timelines to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Consultative Sales: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, recommending appropriate smart workplace technologies such as IoT-based systems, automation, integrated lighting, and collaborative tools. Provide clients with solutions that enhance workplace efficiency and employee/employer satisfaction.
  • Proposal & Presentation Development: Lead the creation of customized proposals and presentations that demonstrate the value of smart workspace solutions. Present to potential clients, clearly articulating the benefits of technology integration in modern workplaces.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of trends in the smart workspace industry, understanding emerging technologies and market demands. Analyze competitors and market shifts to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction. Ensure that client specifications are understood and met during the solution development process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of smart workplace technologies (IoT, automation, integrated systems, smart lighting, etc.) and trends shaping modern office environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven success in sales and business development, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Arabic language skills (spoken & written) are a significant advantage.
