To lead the growth of the Digital Business by achieving the targets as per the BU objectives, which include order booking, revenue, gross margin and new customer acquisition.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Manager, Business Development report directly to the Executive Director, who currently heads the Digital business unit.
Digital practice covers a wide range of solutions on BPM, E-Services, Application Services and our Products on Healthcare, Insurance and Field Inspections. Clients are from industries such as Healthcare Regulators, Utilities, Manufacturing, Public Sector and Financial Services across the GCC region.
The job holder must develop and agree business development plans to meet the required business unit targets and KPI’s with the Executive Director. Prior knowledge and experience of selling low code solutions, digital government solutions, BPM and/or Application Services is a must.
The job holder is expected to network independently to develop leads and opportunities, qualifying customer needs and pitch compelling solution presentations. The job holder should be able to communicate well to build relationships at the levels of Chief Digital or Information Officers and Business stakeholders.
For qualified opportunities, the job holder must orchestrate the creation of winnable proposals with collaboration of his/her peers from Delivery, Technology Partners and Presales. The job holder will also work with finance, HR and legal to ensure commercial constructs are comprehensive and plan well for negotiations.
The job holder must gather the market intelligence and continuously equip himself/herself with the market and technology trends to stay relevant.
The job holder must have good knowledge of the customer industry, stakeholders and business priorities in order to create proactive win-win opportunities. He/she must also be watchful of the RFPs, qualify them and ensure participation.
The job holder must have good appreciation of the region’s business landscape as the job is expected to cover 70% business from UAE & 30% from other Gulf countries.
The job holder must have at least one of the following domain/industry knowledge: Healthcare, Utilities, or Public Sector.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology
8-10 years in IT Industry with 4-5 years in business development
