Business Development Manager Collections (Government & Semi-Government Agencies)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager with strong connections to government and semi-government agencies in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be a UAE National or an Arabic professional born and raised in the UAE, with prior experience in engaging with government entities. The role focuses on leveraging relationships to introduce collections services on a success-fee basis, with training provided for selling and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and establish connections with government and semi-government agencies to generate new business opportunities.
Promote collections services to potential clients, emphasizing the success-fee model for easier onboarding.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
Develop and implement strategies to open new doors and drive revenue growth.
Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and business forums to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Requirements:
Experience:
Prior experience working with government and semi-government agencies in the UAE.
Business Development/Sales experience.
Strong existing network within these entities.
Must be fluent in Arabic language
Skills:
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
Strong negotiation and business development skills.
Self-driven with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
