Responsibilities:
Researching and identifying new business opportunities in markets.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborating with internal teams to develop new products or services that meet customer needs.
Developing and presenting business proposals to potential clients or partners.
Tracking and reporting on sales progress and achievements.
Participating in industry events and conferences to network and promote the organization.
Conducting market research to identify potential new business opportunities.
Driving the growth and success of the company through building strong relationships, developing innovative strategies, and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Sciences/ Masters in Business, Additional certifications are a plus.
7+ years of experience in Clinical research business development.
4+ years of account management, development and successful implementation of sales plans.
Strong ability to assess and interpret business data, particularly in relation to clinical trials and industry trends.
Excellent communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
