Business Development Manager (Chinese Speaking / Tourism Industry)

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and strategic partnerships for their entertainment park. This role requires a strong background in tourism and excellent relationship management skills.

• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase park visitation and revenue
• Build and maintain relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, and corporate clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the tourism and entertainment sectors
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Create and present business proposals to potential partners
• Monitor and report on BD performance metrics

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within the tourism/entertainment industry
• Native or professional fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) - Essential
• Proven track record of successful partnership development
• Strong understanding of the tourism and entertainment industry dynamics
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficient in English
