Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in BD / Marketing Management or related field.
Proven track record of 15 years in customer service, business development and marketing related field.
Excellent communication skills with Customers, Client, Colleagues and Team Members.
Strong commercial and business acumen.
Strong financial understanding (P&L) within the sector and demonstrable budgetary control and results orientated.
Proven record of sales growth.
Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques.
Exceptional project management skills.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent computer skills.
