What you will do

The Business Development Manager CaaS & Delta T Rehabilitation Solution (Outcome-based Solutions) is a key role reporting directly to the Senior Business Development Manager CaaS and will be based in Dubai.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new opportunities by managing existing and newly generated key accounts and building strong relationships with high-level representatives of major clients.

How you will do it

As a Business Development Manager, you will use your energy-driven B2B service sales approach to generate sales inquiries, manage key accounts, develop tailored solutions, and build relationships with developers, facility management companies, and end users by representing the company at a top level and following up on new business opportunities. You will engage early with clients and manage communications and solution expectations. You will work closely with the Energy Engineering team, Service Sales team, Legal, and Finance to ensure conversion of sales inquiries into business. You will be reasonably technically adept, supporting our customers with technical inquiries and visiting end users to do presentations to secure business and grow our market share.

As a dynamic leader, you will be responsible for launching and driving the new initiative, Delta T Rehabilitation Solution, across the UAE from concept stage. This role involves developing the overall strategy, defining key objectives, and securing stakeholder buy-ins.

You will clearly articulate and communicate JCI offerings to customers and provide feedback to the business. You will strategize the sales approach and define stakeholder mapping to improve JCI service competitiveness in the market.

You will manage the customer journey from the introduction stage and lead the technical due diligence process through liaising internally and externally to conclude offering development.

You are a hunter-driven individual who seeks to develop strong client relationships and is self-motivated to drive your territory growth. You are naturally perseverant, tenacious, and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously due to your excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.

What we look for

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of Mechanical/Electrical/Controls engineering or a similar field.
  • 8 years minimum in solution development & solution selling experience within the GCC market.
  • Proficiency in generating new business using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the field of HVAC.
  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience in contracts review (technical aspects) is a plus.
  • High-level understanding of energy and financial modeling is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service & relationship skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented and able to identify business development opportunities.
  • Must adhere to company safety policies and procedures to ensure all duties are performed in a safe and professional manner.
