Manage end-to-end supply chain operations by coordinating with UAE team.
Oversee the import and export process, ensuring legal compliance and customs regulations.
Work closely with logistics, procurement, and operations teams for seamless execution.
Conduct market forecasting and analysis to predict demand-supply trends and pricing fluctuations.
Provide technical presentations on the product to the buyers and arrange the samples, COA, MSDS, and related documents for the approval process.
Build strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders, retaining them with different marketing strategies.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with traders, importers, and buyers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop a good market penetration plan and create product branding.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports and insights to the management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 10+ years in Business Development or Sales of Bitumen and Base Oil in India & UAE.
A degree in Business, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of product specifications, applications, and market demand.
Good industry segment network with end users, traders, and distributors in the Indian market.
Well-versed in import/export regulations, logistics, and procurement.
Ability to provide technical insights and solutions to clients.
Strong ability to analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and demand forecasts.
Flexibility to travel and work across multiple locations in India.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and market analysis software.
Ability to work independently without supervision and be result-oriented.
