Business Development Manager – Beauty Industry

Are you passionate about the beauty industry and driven to lead growth strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic market? My client are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in expanding our brand's presence, securing new business opportunities, and fostering strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture strong relationships with innovative, cost-effective suppliers to enhance our product portfolio.
  • Market Expansion: Drive business development efforts by identifying new revenue streams in existing and new markets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business growth targets and increase brand presence in key markets.
  • Market Insights: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to spot emerging trends and new business opportunities.
  • Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure new products are developed and launched to meet market needs and trends.
  • Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and partners, securing favorable terms and pricing.
  • Reporting & Performance Metrics: Prepare regular performance reports and ensure business development activities are on track to meet KPIs.
  • Networking & Relationship Building: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company’s network and customer base.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the business development team, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally within the beauty, cosmetics, or retail sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the beauty and cosmetics industry, emerging trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Must be Arabic speaking
