We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM). The BDM will need to have a thorough understanding of Brash as well as Hooper, our creative technology arm.
This is a very exciting role for a hungry and passionate business development person who has the ability to professionally represent the agency and further escalate the agency's international rapid growth.
Responsibilities
Work with the GBDD to help define, develop, and deliver a new business strategy
Proactively establish new client relationships
Follow up on new business leads and identify and prioritize organic growth opportunities by working collaboratively with and engaging internal teams
Ensure that the defined new business processes are adhered to
Contribute to agency creds presentation and any other relevant marketing materials
Work with and coordinate with the cross-agency team to develop client proposals
Lead new business/pitch presentations
Project manage pitches, RFQs, and RFPs in conjunction with internal teams
Manage the CRM system diligently, ensuring all business activity is correctly logged and updated
Lead internal new business meetings and agency updates
Required Skills
Capable of bringing gravitas and leadership to the table
Knowledge and ability to sell integrated solutions to clients
Able to manage the commercial elements of the relationship
Previous experience in a new business or marketing role
Be able to give evidence of consistently achieving/exceeding targets
Have experience of managing bids, tenders, and pitches
Have actively generated and followed up on leads, converting them to future revenue-generating opportunities
Have excellent and demonstrable long-term client relationship skills
Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
