Job Title: Business Development Manager - Auto Care

As part of this division, SunTek’s vehicle protection solutions, including paint protection and window films, are installed on vehicles to provide superior durability and aesthetics.

Job Role: The Business Development Manager - Auto Care is responsible for driving sales and expanding the market for SunTek vehicle protection products, specifically focused on paint protection and window films. This role encompasses outdoor sales activities and requires close interaction with customers, dealers, and potential clients. The position is crucial for achieving sales targets and ensuring the overall growth of SunTek’s market share within the UAE.

Key Accountabilities:

Strategic:

  1. Formulate and execute effective sales strategies and plans to promote and sell SunTek products.
  2. Analyze market trends, acquire potential clientele, and explore emerging business opportunities.
  3. Propel sales growth by actively pursuing leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and finalizing transactions.
  4. Consistently meet or exceed given targets.

Operational:

  1. Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, assess the competitive landscape, and understand customer preferences.
  2. Prepare precise sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  3. Analyze sales data to pinpoint areas for improvement, track performance against targets, and propose actionable strategies.
  4. Cultivate a robust professional network within the industry by participating in conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
  5. Represent the company in a professional manner and bolster the brand image.

Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge and Skills:

  1. Knowledge of automotive industry, car care products, services, and industry trends.
  2. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  3. Strategic thinker with the capacity to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  4. Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
  5. Proficiency in Arabic would be an advantage.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  1. Minimum: 6 years of Sales/BD experience in auto accessories or consumer durables.
  2. Preferred: 3 years in a senior Business Development position.
