Job description

Mazrui International (Diversified Holding Group) is looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead our AI-driven solutions business in the GCC. This role goes beyond traditional sales—it is a strategic leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth:

  1. Lead the go-to-market strategy for AI-driven solutions, driving sales, partnerships, and market penetration in the GCC region.
  2. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
  3. Establish and implement a strategic roadmap with clear performance milestones.
  4. Foster an entrepreneurial culture, positioning the business as a leading AI solutions provider in the region.

Sales & Market Expansion:

  1. Own the entire end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales engagement.
  2. Engage directly with clients to present AI solutions, consulting services, and digital transformation strategies.
  3. Utilize a strong industry network to accelerate business development.
  4. Drive strategic partnerships and high-value negotiations that align with the company’s long-term vision.

Joint Venture (JV) Establishment & Management:

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the JV, ensuring alignment with shareholder expectations.
  2. Develop and execute a JV business strategy, collaborating with board members and executives from both organizations.
  3. Lead structured monthly board meetings to track progress, align on strategy, and drive execution.
  4. Engage shareholders from both investors to build strong relationships, establish trust, and enhance visibility.
  5. Oversee annual business planning, funding initiatives, and investment decisions.

Customer & Industry Engagement:

  1. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, expanding market reach.
  2. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry leaders.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product Development, and Technical) to tailor solutions to customer needs.

What we're looking for:

  1. Minimum of 5+ years of sales and business development experience in technology, AI, or digital solutions, preferably within the UAE.
  2. Proven track record in managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure and post-sales support.
  3. Strong entrepreneurial mindset, capable of building and scaling a business.
  4. Experience in joint ventures, strategic partnerships, or investor relations is highly preferred.
  5. Strong network of industry contacts within the UAE and GCC markets.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex AI solutions clearly.
  7. High-level negotiation skills with a history of securing major contracts.
  8. Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing strategies, and AI-driven prospecting tools.
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment.

Educational Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (equivalent work experience will also be considered).
