Role Overview

We are looking for a fluent Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth and expand our unit portfolios in the Dubai property management market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, strengthening industry relationships, and identifying revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Client Acquisition

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the property management sector.
• Develop relationships with property owners, investors, real estate developers, and key decision-makers.
• Leverage existing industry contacts to generate leads and close deals.

2. Market Research & Strategy

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Analyze client needs and industry gaps to tailor business development strategies.
• Develop strategic partnerships to enhance AirDXB’s market positioning.

3. Sales & Negotiation

• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing contracts.
• Prepare and present compelling business proposals and solutions to potential clients.
• Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements that benefit both clients and AirDXB.

4. Networking & Brand Positioning

• Represent AirDXB at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings.
• Build and maintain a strong professional network in the real estate and property management industry.

Key Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within real estate, property management, or a related field in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
