About The Role
As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Arabic Speaking) to join our commercial team. You will have proven experience in closing new business within the UAE market.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Driving revenue, engagement and new customer acquisition within the mid-market segment
- Taking ownership of the full 360 sales cycle, from prospecting through to close, whilst building and maintaining a robust pipeline
- Exceeding monthly revenue targets and daily KPIs, with the support from your Manager and the wider team
- Researching, preparing and delivering tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
- Becoming an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader within the HealthTech field
About You
- A proficient Arabic speaker with business proficient English language skills
- You will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience within sales, with a proven track record of closing new business in the UAE market
- You possess natural communication skills, and you are not afraid of telephone, virtual and in-person acquisition; resilience is key!
- You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale-up can sometimes bring
- You love tackling difficult challenges, with a positive attitude, and always strive to find the best solution
