United Diesel is specialized in commercial vehicles and is the authorized distributor of Renault Trucks, Tata Motor, Buses and Trucks. It offers complete after Sales Services and provides innovative transport solutions.

Job Purpose

This role focuses on driving growth and revenue by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our aftersales services (e.g., maintenance, spare parts, warranties, repairs, and customer support). The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer satisfaction, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver innovative aftersales solutions.


Job Responsibilities

Business Development Strategy
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aftersales market (e.g., service contracts, extended warranties, parts sales).
  2. Support the development and execution of strategies to grow aftersales revenue and customer retention.
  3. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to propose actionable insights.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  1. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell aftersales products and services.
  2. Prospect and onboard new clients through cold calling, networking, and participation in industry events.
  3. Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Collaboration & Coordination
  1. Partner with technical, operations, and marketing teams to design competitive aftersales packages.
  2. Provide input on pricing, promotions, and service enhancements to meet customer demands.
Sales Targets & Reporting
  1. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for aftersales products and services.
Customer Feedback & Improvement
  1. Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in aftersales offerings.
  2. Advocate for process or service innovations to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Research
  1. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities in the aftersales sector.

Job Requirements

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or aftersales (automotive, industrial equipment, or B2B sectors preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
