Business Development Manager Abu Dhabi (UAE National)

An international company with a long-standing presence in the UAE and a significant footprint in the region is seeking a highly motivated UAE National Business Development Manager with a background in the UAE Armed Forces (Land Forces, Presidential Guard, or Special Forces). The ideal candidate must have experience in Dismounted Soldier Systems and a strong understanding of soldier equipment and relevant operational aspects.

Role expectations:

• Lead business development and account management efforts in the UAE.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Drive sales growth and expand the company's market presence.
• Represent the company in trade shows and industry events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Organize and perform frequent demonstrations and field trials of company products.
• Follow up leads and opportunities.
• Enhance the company presence within all branches of UAE Armed Forces.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Former UAE Armed Forces (i.e. Land Forces, Presidential Guard, or Special Forces) background.
• Proven experience in Dismounted Soldier Systems.
• Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.
• Arabic is a must. Fluency in English is mandatory;
• Willingness to travel as needed.
