Northrop Grumman, Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is looking for an experienced business development leader (Business Development Manager 3) to support the Aeronautics sector business and strategy objectives in the Middle East, North Africa (MENA) region. The position will be the primary interface to MENA customers to enable growth in awards and market position. The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep understanding of the region and customer community. Additionally, the candidate will be an expert in Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Direct Customer Sales (DCS) and US Government policy to support export of military aircraft and equipment. The candidate will work closely with our Corporate Global Business Development Office and be able to identify, prioritize and guide the enterprise in doing business in the region. This is an expatriate position that will be based in the United Arab Emirates.
The successful candidate will effectively interface and cultivate strategic customer relations with current and potential regional customers and industrial partners. Additionally, candidate will cultivate strategic relations with MENA based U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force Service leadership in the region.

This position will require a deep understanding of DoD business practices, requirements generation, and acquisition lifecycles. The ability to articulate platform mission utility, and NGAS mission solution strategies is critical. The position reports to the NGAS Sector Director for International Strategy and Growth.

This role will establish a NGAS Strategy and Growth (S&G) presence in MENA. The post-holder will report to the NGAS Sector, International Strategy and Growth based in Falls Church, VA.
Salary Range: $154,600.00 - $231,800.00. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
