Contracts Administrator
Job description
- Minimum of 15 years of experience mainly in oil and gas upstream industry
- Held Senior / Lead Project Engineer role for at least 5 years
- Been in PMC or direct Client roles for at least 3 years
- Extensive experience in following areas:
Prepare scope of work and other technical data and specifications.
- Technical evaluation of all the proposals
- Carry out feasibility studies on facilities optimization, synergy, and integration
- Carry out and participate in technical workshops with other stakeholders
- Prepare integrated schedules, cost estimates, risk registers
- Liaise with third parties specialized studies
- Support in finalizing operation philosophy and maintenance schedules
