We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the recruitment and contract staffing industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment and contract staffing sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing services.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and business presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure profitable contracts.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the recruitment and contract staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and staffing solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
