We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager in Dubai, UAE.
IOTA Group is an international technical assistance and consulting company headquartered in Switzerland with a global presence in over 80 countries, serving major players in heavy industries such as Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Nuclear, Power, Renewables, and Infrastructure.
Mission :
- Reporting to the Middle East Regional Manager (based in UAE), the Business Development Manager is in charge of creating, developing, and expanding our client portfolio, proposing IOTA services and being dedicated to creating and applying an effective sales strategy in the Middle East, with a focus on UAE.
- The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and creating strong relationships with clients.
- It's a permanent and full-time job based in Dubai, with business trips in the Middle East.
Tasks :
1. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the technical consulting and manpower services industry.
- Develop comprehensive strategies to penetrate and expand the market presence, taking into account the competitive landscape and regulatory environment.
2. Business Development:
- Drive business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers in target industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including but not limited to client acquisition, partnership development, and market expansion initiatives.
- Lead negotiations for contracts, agreements, and partnerships to secure new business deals and projects.
3. Client Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and requirements to deliver tailored solutions and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in the Profit and Loss (P&L) management for the respective market segment.
- Contribute to developing and executing budget plans, monitoring financial performance, and implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve revenue targets and profitability.
4. Team Work and Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the support staff team to achieve collective goals and objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and human resources, to ensure seamless execution of projects and services.
- Ensure the permanent reporting as per the group's rules and policies.
Required profile :
Qualification : Bachelor or master's degree in Engineering or in Marketing & Sales.
Experience :
- Proven track record of success in business development and market expansion.
- At least 5 years of international experience in technical consulting/manpower services provision.
- Experience in the Middle East.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Excellent human relations skills and behaviors.
- Hard worker, team player with the ability to work and deliver with a high-quality level.
- Organized and rigorous, service-oriented.
