Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager for Interior projects located in Dubai and UAE. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the Interior segment, maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth. Key tasks will include market research, client engagement, proposal development, negotiation, and collaboration with the design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project completion.

2. Lead generation in the Interior field
3. Experience in market research and strategic planning
4. Strong negotiation and proposal development skills
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with design and project management teams
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
8. Experience in the architecture or construction industry is a plus
9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field
