Job Description

Requirements:

• English (1 or C2) + knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian;
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales in IT outsourcing;
• Strong knowledge in CRM systems;
• Selling skills;
• Internet search skills;
• Strong business communication skills (verbal, written, presentations);
• Time management and planning skills;
• Ability to think creatively and drive innovative ideas to a BizDev team.

Responsibilities:

• Developing growth strategies and plans;
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients;
• Investigating potential B2B clients;
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition;
• Writing business proposals;
• Developing long-term trusted relationships with new and existing clients;
• Individual approach to each customer (existing and potential);
• Negotiating, concluding contracts, and controlling billing;
• Managing both our existing sales methods and developing new business solutions;
• Timely and accurate reporting;
• Active cooperation with recruiters and business development team.
