About the position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in business development within the recruitment industry, with a strong focus on the Middle East market. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Experience with high-ticket clients and retainer payment structures is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment industry across the Middle East.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-ticket clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Ensure clients are engaged with retainer payment structures, aligning with company policies.
  5. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  6. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience.
  7. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  8. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  9. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in business development within the recruitment industry, with a focus on the Middle East market.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  3. Experience working with high-ticket clients and managing retainer payment structures.
  4. Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and market trends in the Middle East.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  7. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
