Responsibilities

- Set and track sales targets and KPIs, reporting on progress and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
- Organize and attend industry conferences and networking events to enhance the company's visibility and establish connections.
- Develop and manage budgets for business development initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage relationships, and streamline communication with clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within a relevant industry.
- Certifications in sales or marketing methodologies (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) are highly desirable.
- Experience in the technology or finance sector is preferred, showcasing adaptability to diverse environments.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
