Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships that benefit both parties.
  • Create and present compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product development and marketing strategies with client feedback and market trends.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and new areas for expansion.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms while building trust and rapport.
  • Set and track sales targets and KPIs, reporting on progress and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
  • Organize and attend industry conferences and networking events to enhance the company's visibility and establish connections.
  • Develop and manage budgets for business development initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage relationships, and streamline communication with clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within a relevant industry.
  • Certifications in sales or marketing methodologies (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) are highly desirable.
  • Experience in the technology or finance sector is preferred, showcasing adaptability to diverse environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and closing deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for identifying opportunities and driving business growth.
