Job Description

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; developing and executing sales strategies to promote contact center solutions and coordinating business generation activities.
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
  • Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
  • Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
  • Coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Breaking projects into doable actions and setting timeframes.
  • Coordinating with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assigning tasks to internal teams and assisting with schedule management.
  • Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Helping prepare budgets.
  • Analyzing risks and opportunities.
  • Overseeing project procurement management.
  • Monitoring project progress and handling any issues that arise.
  • Acting as the point of contact and communicating project status to all participants.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Experience in selling IT software solutions and services in the Middle East.
