Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales & Market Expansion: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the medical and healthcare sectors.
Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients such as hospitals, clinics, healthcare chains, and pharmacies, driving new business and building long term partnerships.
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision makers in both healthcare and fitness industries.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports, performance analyses, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations, structure pricing, and finalize contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Industry Trends & Market Research: Monitor emerging trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the fitness and medical equipment sectors.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and optimize customer experiences.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, or medical equipment industries.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of fitness solutions, gym equipment, and healthcare industry needs.
Sales & Negotiation Expertise: Proven success in closing high-value deals, forming strategic partnerships, and exceeding sales targets.
Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent ability to present solutions, engage stakeholders, and drive business success.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, CRM software; experience with CAD, EC Design, or similar tools is a plus.
