Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers & opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Identify and develop new business relationships.
- Develop business plans & strategies to achieve the organization’s objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, developing long-term collaboration.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Lead & manage new projects & initiatives.
- Maintain accurate reports on business development activities and performance metrics.
Skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry trends.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in business development or senior sales position in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel as required.
