Company Overview:

iQIYI is a dynamic and innovative OTT company seeking a highly motivated and talented Business Development Manager to drive our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will leverage their strong network and industry knowledge to identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and enhance our market presence. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Location available: Dubai, Riyadh, Cairo

Responsibilities:

  • Network Utilization: Leverage existing relationships with carriers and broadcasters to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Deal Execution: Identify, qualify, and close deals with content providers, platforms, and advertisers.
  • Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Sales Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure project success.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service and support.
  • Travel: Frequent domestic and international travel is required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar role.
  • Strong track record of sales growth and successful deal closures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to conduct high-level industry research and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing sales or marketing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of market trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
