Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at various organizations. Understand client needs, tailor proposals, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation process and close deals, ensuring contract terms and pricing align with company guidelines.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions. Use insights to adjust sales approaches and strategies.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve issues effectively.
