Profile Overview

Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to take ownership of sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a strong relationship builder, and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is perfect for someone passionate about consultative sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and close deals.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth
  2. Identify and engage new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  3. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  4. Conduct impactful sales presentations and product demos tailored to client needs
  5. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success

What You Bring to the Table

  1. 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in SaaS, tech, or digital services)
  2. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  3. Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
  4. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  5. Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
