We are looking for qualified and experienced professional in Business Development based out of Dubai.

Job Purpose

To carry out Business Development activities such as setting up the strategy for sales and marketing for the business, forming professional relationships with clients, partners across all levels.

This position will be responsible for increasing Company's market share in existing markets and entering into new markets in the regions such as Middle East and Africa.

Responsibilities

  1. Ensure business development strategy and execution approach with quality and technical integrity into pre-qualifications, presentations and marketing documents. This will involve teamwork with other members of the department.
  2. Maintain business development forecast database and marketing intelligence for the assigned geographic regions and coordinate with proposals/tendering department as and when required.
  3. Proposals coordination for specific prospects as and when necessary. This involves working closely with proposals staff including the Manager of Proposal or the Project Manager.
  4. Business Development and Marketing coordination for specific countries and clients as directed by Head of Business Development (Middle East & Africa).
  5. Carry out market research to develop country and prospect specific market intelligence.
  6. Inputting and checking of draft and updated Tender Information Sheets (TIS) and ensuring compliance with BD and proposals process, from prospect identification, decision to bid, proposal preparation, submission, negotiations and award.
  7. Preparation of trip reports in a concise manner with clear recommendations on future actions and strategy.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor of Engineering from an institute of repute.

Experience

  1. 8 to 10 years' experience with exposure to EPC business in Middle East market.
  2. Sound technical knowledge of project execution.
