Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
Identifying New Business Opportunities: Researching markets, industries, and trends to discover potential clients, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Building and Maintaining Relationships: Establishing strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations.
Sales and Lead Generation: Developing leads, pitching products or services, and negotiating deals to meet sales targets.
Strategic Planning: Creating and implementing strategies to achieve business growth and align with the company’s long-term goals.
Market Analysis: Monitoring competitors, customer needs, and market shifts to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure cohesive business strategies.
Reporting and Performance Tracking: Analyzing performance data, tracking KPIs, and reporting progress to senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven working experience as a business development manager
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
