Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Scope

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a sales hunter role focused on actively generating and increasing Apple Mac sales in the UAE enterprise market, particularly in Dubai. The BDM is responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities while managing and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives, and maintaining a competitive position in the market.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Sales and Business Development:
    Actively prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities to drive Apple, with a focus on Mac sales within the enterprise sector.
    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue and unit sales targets for Apple Mac and related accessories and solutions.
    Establish a strong pipeline of opportunities through outbound sales efforts, networking, and market research.
    Drive consultative sales engagements, positioning Apple Mac solutions based on customer needs and business objectives.
    Close deals efficiently by managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and IT influencers in enterprise accounts.
    Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by providing ongoing support, guidance, and value-added solutions.
    Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Mac and related Apple ecosystem products/services.
  3. Market and Competitive Intelligence:
    Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
    Provide insights to the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and value propositions for Apple Mac solutions.
    Stay updated on the latest Apple products, services, and enterprise deployment strategies to act as a subject matter expert.
  4. Collaboration and Reporting:
    Work closely with internal teams, including technical pre-sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth deal execution.
    Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
    Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and market conditions to senior management.
  5. Professional Development:
    Continuously enhance knowledge of Apple technology, enterprise IT solutions, and industry best practices.
    Attend relevant Apple and industry training sessions, conferences, and networking events to stay ahead in the market.

Position Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, enterprise sales, or a similar role within the IT industry.
  • Strong background in hardware and solution sales, preferably with Apple and enterprise IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and sales data.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a results-driven mindset.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
